1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Findzzy ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile platform that connects users with photographers, visual artists, equipment renters, and related service providers. By creating an account, logging in, browsing, posting content, or otherwise using Findzzy, you agree to be bound by these Community Guidelines and Terms of Use (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not use the application. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We may update this Agreement from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Findzzy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, when we believe a violation has occurred or may occur. This policy applies to all user-generated content including profiles, portfolio images, videos, reels, product listings, rental advertisements, comments, reviews, messages, help-desk posts, and any metadata associated with such content.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, publish, transmit, or promote content that: (a) depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or harm to others; (b) contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or solicitation of sexual services; (c) exploits or endangers minors in any way; (d) promotes hate speech, terrorism, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin; (e) infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (f) contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information including fake listings or scam offers; (g) distributes malware, phishing links, or spam; (h) shares personal information of others without consent (doxxing); (i) promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated goods in violation of applicable law; or (j) otherwise violates applicable local, state, national, or international law. We use automated filtering, human review, and user reports to identify and act on prohibited content.
4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use Findzzy only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects other users and the community. You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate ratings or reviews, scrape or harvest data without authorization, interfere with the security or operation of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Harassment, stalking, bullying, intimidation, coordinated abuse, or repeated unwanted contact toward any user is strictly prohibited. Commercial solicitation unrelated to legitimate Findzzy features, chain messages, and unsolicited bulk communications are not allowed unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
5. Professional and Vendor Accounts
If you register as a professional photographer, visual artist, vendor, or similar role, you represent that any credentials, experience, equipment, pricing, and availability you display are accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for fulfilling bookings, rentals, and communications entered into through or facilitated by the platform. Findzzy does not guarantee income, leads, or results. You must comply with all licensing, tax, insurance, and safety requirements applicable to your services in your jurisdiction. Misleading professional claims, fake portfolios, or bait-and-switch pricing may result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
6. Listings, Rentals, and Commerce
Listings for gadgets, cameras, lighting, rental services, and related items must accurately describe the item, condition, price, location, and availability. You may not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, or items you do not have the right to sell or rent. Transactions and payments, where applicable, must comply with our payment policies and applicable financial regulations. Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly where the platform does not provide escrow or guarantee services. Findzzy may remove listings that appear fraudulent, dangerous, incomplete, or in violation of these guidelines without liability to you.
7. Feed, Albums, and Media
Photos, videos, reels, and album content you share must comply with this Agreement. You grant Findzzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and distribute your content solely for operating and promoting the service. You retain ownership of your content subject to this license. You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the media you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights. We may feature public content in marketing materials unless you opt out where such an option is provided.
8. Comments, Reviews, and Messaging
Comments and reviews must be honest, relevant, and respectful. Fake reviews, review manipulation, retaliation reviews, and off-topic attacks are prohibited. Automated or bulk posting of comments is not allowed. Our systems may filter comments containing objectionable language before they are published. Private messages and help-desk communications must follow the same conduct standards as public content. Do not use messaging to send threats, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages. We may monitor or review communications where permitted by law to enforce safety and investigate reports.
9. Reporting Objectionable Content
Findzzy provides in-app tools to report profiles, listings, feed media, comments, and other user-generated content. When you submit a report, you agree to provide truthful information to the best of your knowledge. Abuse of the reporting system (false or malicious reports) may result in action against your account. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content, warn users, restrict features, or ban accounts. We are not obligated to notify you of the outcome of a specific report. In emergencies involving imminent harm, contact local law enforcement immediately in addition to using in-app reporting.
10. Blocking Abusive Users
You may block users who engage in abusive or unwanted behavior. When you block a user, their content should no longer appear in your feed and certain interactions may be restricted. Blocking also notifies our systems that you have experienced problematic behavior, which may contribute to safety review. Blocking does not prevent the blocked user from using Findzzy entirely unless we separately enforce a platform-wide ban. You may unblock users where the product provides that option. Blocking is not a substitute for reporting serious violations that may affect other users.
11. Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals
We may investigate suspected violations using a combination of automated tools and human moderators. Enforcement actions include content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, and permanent account termination. Factors we consider include severity, history, impact on victims, and legal requirements. If your account or content is actioned, you may contact support through the Help Center to request clarification or appeal where appeals are available. We are not required to restore content or accounts, and our decisions are generally final. Nothing in this section limits our right to cooperate with law enforcement.
12. Intellectual Property
Findzzy names, logos, interfaces, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service except as allowed by applicable law or written permission. If you believe content on Findzzy infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a notice through our Help Center with sufficient detail for us to evaluate the claim. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated. You agree to indemnify Findzzy against claims arising from content you post that infringes third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy and Data
Your use of Findzzy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information including profile data, location information used for discovery features, device identifiers, and communications metadata. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Do not share OTP codes or passwords with others. We may process data to provide safety features, prevent fraud, improve recommendations, and comply with legal obligations. You may request access or deletion of certain data where required by applicable privacy laws, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Findzzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not a party to agreements between users and vendors and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services or goods offered by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findzzy and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
15. Account Termination
You may stop using Findzzy at any time and may request account deletion through available settings or support channels. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, if your conduct creates risk for us or other users, or if we discontinue the service in your region. Upon termination, licenses you granted may survive as needed for backup, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
16. Changes to These Guidelines
We may modify these Community Guidelines and Terms of Use to reflect new features, legal requirements, or safety practices. Material changes may be communicated through the app, email, or other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the text was last revised. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you must discontinue use and may delete your account.

For copyright or legal notices, provide detailed information so we can respond promptly. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Findzzy is committed to maintaining a respectful marketplace for photography, videography, and creative equipment sharing, and we rely on every user to uphold these standards.
