1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Findzzy mobile application, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Findzzy. By creating an account, logging in, browsing listings, posting content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Findzzy provides a platform for discovering and connecting with photographers, videographers, visual artists, equipment owners, and related vendors. Features may include profile pages, media portfolios, category and subcategory browsing, professional listings, rental and gadget advertisements, events and availability sharing, stories, feeds, comments, reviews, messaging, notifications, help desk posts, and location-based discovery. Findzzy is a venue and technology provider; we are not a party to contracts between users unless expressly stated. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of services or transactions arranged between users.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must register using a valid mobile number and complete verification through the one-time password process or other authentication methods we provide. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your profile updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your device and verification codes. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, attempt to evade bans, or violate these Terms. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, stalk, or discriminate against others. You must not upload malware, attempt to hack or scrape the Service, interfere with network operations, or create automated accounts or bots without permission. Spam, pyramid schemes, unauthorized commercial solicitation, and manipulation of rankings or reviews are prohibited. You must comply with our Community Guidelines, which describe content and behavior standards in greater detail. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account termination with or without notice.
5. Professional and Vendor Accounts
If you register as a professional, photographer, vendor, or similar role, you represent that your credentials, experience, pricing, equipment, and availability information are accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are solely responsible for delivering services, honoring commitments, maintaining appropriate licenses and insurance, and complying with tax and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Findzzy does not employ vendors and does not supervise on-site work. You grant us permission to display your public profile, portfolio, and listings to other users for discovery purposes. Misrepresentation, fake portfolios, or fraudulent listings may result in immediate removal and referral to authorities.
6. Listings, Rentals, and Commerce
Listings for gadgets, cameras, lighting, rental services, and other items must accurately describe the item, condition, price, location, and availability. You may not list stolen, counterfeit, or illegal goods. Transactions between users may occur off-platform or through integrated flows where available; you are responsible for payment terms, refunds, disputes, and delivery unless we expressly provide a protected transaction product. Findzzy may remove or hide listings that appear incomplete, misleading, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms. Fees, commissions, or subscriptions may apply to certain features and will be disclosed before you incur charges.
7. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to licenses you grant to us. You grant Findzzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, publicly display, and distribute your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination under our repeat infringer policy.
8. Comments, Reviews, and Messaging
Reviews and comments must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, retaliation, paid review schemes, and off-topic attacks are prohibited. Messaging and help desk features must not be used for threats, scams, harassment, or unsolicited bulk marketing. We may filter, delay, or remove communications that violate safety rules or contain objectionable language. Law enforcement may be notified where required by law or where we believe there is imminent risk of harm.
9. Intellectual Property of Findzzy
The Findzzy name, logos, trademarks, software, user interface designs, and documentation are owned by Findzzy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law or written authorization. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a notice through the Help Center with sufficient detail for evaluation.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information including profile data, device information, and location used for discovery. You consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting personal data you collect from other users in connection with offline arrangements and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your own business activities.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FINDZZY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY USER, LISTING, OR CONTENT. ANY RELIANCE ON MATERIALS OR INTERACTIONS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDZZY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FINDZZY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Findzzy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us through the Help Center and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in the jurisdiction specified by Findzzy in a supplemental notice, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration to the extent such waiver is enforceable. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through available settings or support channels. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service in your region. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. Licenses granted to us may survive as needed for backup, legal compliance, and dispute resolution for a limited period.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business changes. Material updates may be communicated through the app, email, or other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

For questions about these Terms, billing, account access, or legal notices, contact Findzzy through the in-app Help Center or customer support channels provided in the application. Please include sufficient detail for us to identify your account and respond promptly. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Findzzy regarding the Service and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter, except where prohibited by law.
